Place the following files in the /etc[/sdb4] directories and
execute /etc/sdb4/rc start via /etc/rc.local at boot time.

sdctld.conf -> /etc/sdb4/confs/sdctld.conf

dhclient6-script -> /etc/sdb4/scripts/dhclient6-script
setup4 -> /etc/sdb4/scripts/setup4
setup6 -> /etc/sdb4/scripts/setup6
