The minutes of the November 14 Teleconference were not approved as there were a number of edits requested. Secretariat to incorporate and send revised minutes to IESG. 2. The following Action Items were cleared: o Steve to check and verify that all wg email archives at IETF.ORG are being fed Note: A list of archives not being fed has been produced, and will be followed up by the ADs and the secretariat. o Allison to designate RMT experts for IANA 3. The IESG approved publication of Protocol Extension for Support of ATM Service Class-aware MPLSTraffic Engineering as an Informational RFC. Secretariat to send announcement. 4. The IESG tentatively approved publication of TCP Congestion Control with Appropriate Byte Counting as an Experimental Protocol. Scott and Allison to produce text for RFC Editor note before Secretariat sends announcement. 5. The IESG approved sending a WG Review message for the Simple Authentication and Security Layer (sasl) Proposed Working Group. Secretariat to send message to IESG and new-work list. 6. The IESG had no problem with the recharter of the IP over Resilient Packet Rings (iporpr) Working Group. Secretariat to update WG record. 7. The IESG had no problem with the revision to the General Switch Management Protocol (gsmp) Working Group. Secretariat to update WG record. 8. Allison to work with Thomas on the DHC charter. 9.
