The IESG consensus was that Writing I-Ds and RFCs using XML should be reviewed by the Poisson WG. Steve to notify RFC Editor. 23. Keith reported that discussions with the author of PNG (Portable Network Graphics) Specification, Version 1.1 have been initiated, but are still in progress. 24. Steve informed the IESG that the Action announcements from this telechat will not be posted until after all the Internet-Drafts announcements have been posted (i.e. not until the week just before the IETF meeting in Minneapolis). 25. The IESG did not approve draft-ietf-dnsind-rfc2052bis-02.txt as a Proposed Standard, as the APP ADs raised the following four points: o example of SRV for HTML is inappropriate as SRV is not defined for use with SRV o reference to BCP 14 should be to RFC 2119 o there needs to be a template which may be used to define application use of SRV o use of weight feature should be defined on a per-application basis Thomas will make note and discuss with WG.
