The minutes of the March 9 Teleconference were approved. Steve to place in public archives. 2. The IESG tentatively approved publication of The text/html Media Type as an Informational RFC. In the same action, the following RFCs were reclassified as Historic: RFC1866 Hypertext Markup Language - 2.0 RFC1867 Form-based File Upload in HTML RFC1942 HTML Tables RFC1980 A Proposed Extension to HTML: Client-Side Image Maps RFC2070 Internationalization of the Hypertext Markup Language Patrick to provide text for an RFC Editor note. Once received, Steve to send announcement. 3. The IESG reviewed and tentatively approved the updated charter for the Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) Working Group. The proposed charter is to be sent to the IETF Announcement and new-work lists. 4. The IESG approved publication of TCP Congestion Window Validation as an Experimental Protocol. Steve to send announcement. 5. The IESG had no problem with the publication of Memorandum of Understanding Concerning the Technical Work of the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority as an Informational RFC.
