The IESG approved publication of Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) Checksum Change as a Proposed Standard. Thomas to draft an RFC Editor Note. When received, Steve to send announcement and request a rapid assignment of RFC Numbers. 4. The IESG approved publication of The Session Initiation Protocol UPDATE Method and Integration of Resource Management and SIP as Proposed Standards. Steve to send announcement and request a rapid assignment of RFC Numbers. 5. The IESG approved publication of Real-time Facsimile (T.38) - image/t38 MIME Sub-type Registration as a Proposed Standard. Ned to draft an RFC Editor Note to address concerns voiced by Scott. When Scott conveys that the note adequately addresses his concerns, Steve to send announcement. 6. The IESG tentatively approved sending a WG Review message for the Routing Protocol Security Requirements (rpsec) Proposed Working Group. There was concern that some IABers had identified potential problem areas, so Steve was directed to send the Review message at close of business Monday, May 20, unless the IAB conveys their issues transmitted via email. 7. The IESG approved publication of One-way Loss Pattern Sample Metrics as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 8. Action was deferred on the following documents that the IESG plans to discuss during the retreat: o Policy Core LDAP Schema Note: May go through another Last Call period. o L2TP Over AAL5 o Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol for IPv6 (DHCPv6) 9.
