The IESG tentatively approved elevation of A One-Time Password System to Standard, pending the addition of current information to the OTP Implementation report. Thomas to draft a message to the WG. 4. Ned to send a note to the author of The audio/mpeg Type requesting a new version which will update the Security Considerations section of the document. 5. The IESG approved publication of the following Internet-Drafts as Proposed Standards: Internet Printing Protocol/1.1: Encoding and Transport Internet Printing Protocol/1.1: Model and Semantics Steve to send announcement. 6. The IESG approved publication of Router Renumbering for IPv6 as a Proposed Standard. Thomas reported that an RFC Editor note was needed, and will draft it. Once received, Steve to send announcement 7. The IESG approved the new charter for the International Domain Name (idn) WG. Steve to update WG records. 8. The IESG directed Steve to post the description for the Blocks eXtensible eXchange Protocol (bxxpwg) proposed working group to the IETF Announce and new-work lists. 9. The IESG tentatively approved publication of the Internet Multicast Address Allocation Architecture as an Informational RFC. Thomas needs to confirm some data, and will let Steve know when the announcement can be sent. 10. The IESG tentatively approved publication of the The Multicast Address Set Claim (MASC) Protocol as an Experimental Protocol. Steve to send announcement with a request that the IPR text from RFC2026 be inserted prior to publication. 12. The IESG had no problem with the publication of GUIDE TO ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES OF THE INTERNET INFRASTRUCTURE as an Informational RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor. 13.
