Action Item: Russ Housley to ask IETF counsel about prohibiting deletion of IPR disclosures. 6.2 IESG Statement regarding chartered work overcome by events before IESG consideration (Ron Bonica) The management issue was deferred to the next teleconference (January 29, 2009). 6.3 Draft Statement on BCP Status for Examples (Dan Romascanu) The management issue was discussed.
