The IESG has requested that the external review time be extended to two weeks. The Secretariat will send a WG Review: Recharter announcement, with a separate message to new-work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda for the August 3, 2006 IESG Teleconference. 4.2.2 Proposed for Approval o Mobility for IPv4 (mip4) - 1 of 2 Token: Jari Arkko The IESG decided not to approve the rechartering of the working group at this time. The Secretariat will place the working group on the agenda for the next IESG Teleconference (07/20/2006). o Datagram Congestion Control Protocol (dccp) - 2 of 2 Token: Lars Eggert The IESG approved the revised charter for the working group pending confirmation from Lars Eggert that the Secretariat has the correct version of the charter. The Secretariat will send a WG Action: RECHARTER announcement. 5. IAB News We Can Use 6. Management Issues 6.1 Expert review for capwap (Dan Romascanu) The management issue was discussed. 6.2 NomCom Liaison (Brian Carpenter) The management issue was discussed. The IESG appointed Cullen Jennings as the IESG liaison to the NomCom. 6.3 Areas for Next Year (Brian Carpenter) The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed on the list of IESG positions to be filled by the NomCom for 2007. Brian Carpenter will pass the information on to the NomCom via the IETF Executive Director. 6.4 JFC Morfin Appeals (Brian Carpenter) The management issue was discussed. The ADs present met in executive session and reached consensus on the responses to these appeals. 6.5 Dean Anderson Appeal (Brian Carpenter) The management issue was discussed.
