Subsequent to the April 18 teleconference, Capabilities Advertisement with BGP-4 was approved for publication as a Draft Standard, obsoleting RFC2842. 4. The IESG reclassified RFC1798, Connection-less Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, as an Historic document. In the same action, CLDAP to Historical Status was approved for publication as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 5. The IESG approved publication of User Requirements for the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) in support of deaf, hard of hearing and speech-impaired individuals as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 12. The IESG reached concensus on IETF and ITU-T Collaboration Guidelines . Text on details and mechanices of the co-operative agreement are to be extracted from the document and posted publically as an IAB Liaison statement. Once done (i.e. visable), Scott to inform the ITU that the text has changed. 13. Patrik to contact the author of The 'tag' URI scheme and URN namespace for further revisions. 14. The IESG tentatively approved publication of iSCSI CRC/Checksum Considerations as an Informational RFC. Allison to provide text for an RFC Editor Note. When received, Steve to send announcement. 15. The IESG conditionally approved publication of Framework for IP Multicast in MPLS as an Informational RFC, but the title of the document needs to be changed to: Overview of IP Multicast in an MPLS environment 16. As an experiment, the cut-off for Internet-Draft submissions will NOT be at 5PM on a Friday, but at 9AM the following Monday. 17.
