The Secretariat will place the minutes in the public archives. 1.2 Review of Action Items DONE: o Ted Hardie to take responsibility for initiating a discussion on applications' expectations on the behavior of the DNS system. o Harald Alvestrand to write a proposed update to the IESG Teleconference timeline.
